2. Services

Jasura Cleaning Co. provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services in Calgary and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service without prior notice.

3. Bookings & Cancellations

• Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of your request and our confirmation.
• We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
• We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

4. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are quoted based on the information you provide about your property and cleaning needs.
• Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept payment by cash, e-transfer, and major credit cards.
• Recurring cleaning clients may be invoiced on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis as agreed.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our cleaning service, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will return to address the issue at no additional charge. This guarantee applies to the specific areas or items reported.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Provide access to the property at the scheduled time.
• Secure or remove valuable, fragile, or irreplaceable items before cleaning.
• Notify us of any hazardous conditions, special surfaces, or areas requiring specific care.
• Ensure utilities (water, electricity) are available during service.

7. Limitation of Liability

Jasura Cleaning Co. is fully insured. In the event of accidental damage, we will work with you to resolve the matter. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided or the repair/replacement value of the damaged item, whichever is less. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or damage resulting from improper use or maintenance.

8. Insurance

Jasura Cleaning Co. carries comprehensive liability insurance. All cleaning professionals are fully bonded and insured. Proof of insurance is available upon request.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, is the property of Jasura Cleaning Co. and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without express written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Alberta.
